ADVISORY: Scheduled PJP Website Maintenance Downtime for Server Update

It is the policy of PJP to provide immediate Open Access to its content, by not imposing any subscriptions fees, download fees, or embargoes, on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global exchange of knowledge.
To promote Open Access, ensure that authors can freely distribute their work, and contribute to the overall impact of their scholarly contributions, beginning 2025, author(s) shall retain ownership of copyright and intellectual rights for the journal article published in the PJP.
Authors shall grant PJP non-exclusive publishing rights through a CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 (Attribution-Non-Commercial-Share-Alike International Creative Commons License). This means that the author is free to use their work without restriction. By publishing in the PJP, the authors grant right of first publication to the journal.

Through the CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, readers and users of the work may copy and distribute the work so long as the author and the PJP are credited, for non-commercial purposes only, and under the same license, to ensure that future users can also use the work under similar terms.
*NOTE: Copyright of content prior to 2025 is held by the journal.
